A day in the life of an Associate US Tax

  • Prepare U.S. corporate / partnership income tax returns (federal and states)
  • Prepare U.S. individual income tax returns - U.S. citizens who reside in Canada, and Canadian citizens who are doing business in the U.S.
  • Analyze income tax laws to determine state taxability
  • Apply sales tax rules
  • Analyze the tax implications relating to specific transactions or contexts

About You:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Open-mindedness applied to continuous learning
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work with others
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and availability
  • Strong sense of client service and professionalism
  • Good judgment
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity

Nice-to-have:
