Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

The Project Advisor is a key role supporting the Strategic Performance and Analysis Officer in advancing the Associate Dean's academic priorities. The position drives the development of new programs and the oversight of academic governance for degree, certificate, and Executive Education offerings at the Alberta School of Business.

Working closely with Academic Directors, the Provost's Office, and Department Chairs, the Project Advisor ensures the timely approval and implementation of new programs and modifications to existing ones. The role manages all steps in the governance process, including proposal drafting, budget preparation, and documentation aligned with Ministry of Advanced Education and University requirements.

This position requires a strong understanding of the graduate management education market and the ability to sustain and expand connections with the business community. By bridging academic vision with industry needs, the Project Advisor supports innovation, growth, and the School's strategic goal of increasing enrolment through the launch of high-demand graduate programs.
