Activity Assistant

The successful candidate will assist with all activities scheduled for the intensive non-credit English language programs. Classes are typically multi-levelled and comprised of students from diverse linguistic and sociocultural backgrounds. The activity assistant must be prepared to participate in all scheduled recreational and cultural activities and be responsible for confirming these events. They must actively engage with students on all activities.
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
great attention to detailability to handle cash and maintain accurate records of expendituresable to anticipate needs and solve problemsstrong written and oral communication skillsbe able to participate in all recreational activitiesability to communicate effectively with all members of the International Training Centre teamCurrent first aid certification would be an asset.
All positions are subject to final approval of contracts. Police Information Checks are required.
$18 - $27 per hour depending on experience and education
