Towne Chrysler is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to support both internal and external customers by delivering accurate, timely, and professional parts service. This role plays a key part in keeping our service and sales operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries and requests.
  • Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and ensure accurate part selection.
  • Recommend related or required parts to support efficient repairs.
  • Ensure parts availability and communicate timelines clearly.
  • Accurately cost parts on invoices and repair orders.
  • Work closely with service technicians to determine parts requirements.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Notify customers when special-order parts arrive.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
  • Previous parts or automotive experience is an asset, but not required.
