What We're Looking For
As a Store Manager at Showcase, you'll bring your entrepreneurial spirit to life. You are a natural leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a winning team. Reporting to your District Manager, you'll drive top-line sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and bring our brand to life in every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
  • Lead with passion and energy while delivering expert product knowledge
  • Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in-store demos
  • Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
  • Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop top performers
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus
  • And most importantly—a passion for FUN
