We hold weekly ProD sessions for students which include different activities such as conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and active listening. Additionally, we hold weekly seminars about the different experiments at TRIUMF, and these talks specifically cater to students. Located on the UBC campus makes it easier for students to make friends, create memories, and explore Vancouver all while working at TRIUMF.

The Richard E. Azuma Fellowship is intended to support promising undergraduate students in Canada who are considering a career in research fields associated with TRIUMF's science program.  They will be students who are known amongst peers and teachers as exceptional individuals with a demonstrated track record of talent, passion, and leadership. Along with encouraging students with stellar undergraduate records, the Azuma Fellowship seeks to support students from diverse backgrounds and welcomes applicants to self-identify as members if they belong to any of the federally recognized of equity deserving groups.

Fellows will be hired into TRIUMF's summer undergraduate program, and will be given the opportunity to choose from a variety of unique and exciting work experiences, such as nuclear and particle physics experiment, detector development, and theory. Travel to/from the Fellows' home institutions will be paid by TRIUMF.

Fellows who go on to graduate studies at one of TRIUMF's Member Universities in a field associated with TRIUMF's research program will be eligible for a $5000 entrance scholarship.
