Our staff is what truly makes Westmount Golf & Country Club a premier private club. All our staff provide exemplary service for our members and their guests. In order to be a premier private club, we require skilled and motivated staff.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tennis Chalet Attendant to join our team. Our tennis season runs until October.

This posting is for a vacant, part-time, seasonal position.

General responsibilities include:

  • Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Manage merchandise sales, rentals, and inventory (racquets, balls, apparel, etc.).
  • Assist with court reservations, including scheduling and cancellations, through our booking system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Tennis Chalet, including lounge areas, pro shop, and storage facilities.
  • Provide information about club programs, events, and policies.
  • Support staff with event preparation and on-site logistics for tournaments, clinics, and social gatherings.
  • Ensure that all equipment, such as ball machines and rental racquets, are clean, functional, and ready for use.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Other related duties and assignments as required.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Interest or experience in tennis is a plus but not required.
