Calgary, Alberta, Canada Fulcrum Physiotherapy Full time

Physiotherapist (Contractor)

Personalized care. Real impact. Great humans.

We're looking for a Physiotherapist with 2+ years of experience who genuinely loves what they do — someone who believes great care goes beyond quick fixes and cookie-cutter treatment plans.

If you value exercise-based rehab, think critically about evidence, enjoy hands-on work when it adds value, and care deeply about the patient experience, you'll feel right at home here.

About Us

We're a quickly growing, clinician-led physiotherapy clinic located inside a world-class high-performance training facility. Our space is built for movement, strength, and results — not passive care.

Our team is made up of experienced clinicians who care about:

  • Personalized, 1:1 care
  • Evidence-based decision making
  • Making meaningful connections with our patients (we value their time and they value ours)
  • Constant learning, growth, and professional development

We take our work seriously — but not ourselves. Culture matters here.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Bachelor's of Master's degree in Physiotherapist from accredited institution
  • Fully registered, and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strongly value exercise-based rehabilitation (this is huge for us)
  • Use manual therapy thoughtfully as part of a bigger treatment plan
  • Prioritize patient experience, education, and long-term outcomes
  • Are confident working independently, but genuinely enjoy collaborating
  • Are a self-starter who's motivated to bring value to both patients and team
  • Care about lifelong learning and ongoing personal & professional growth
  • Want to be part of a clinic where quality of care actually matters

Assets (Not Required, But Loved)

  • Dry needling or IMS training
  • Interest in mentorship and bridging the gap between strength & conditioning and rehab
  • Additional certifications or a strong curiosity to keep learning
  • Comfort working with active populations or athletes
  • Previous work experience or training in Strength and Conditioning

What We Offer

  • Competitive contractor fee split
  • A clinic embedded in a high-performance training environment (we're talking unlimited access to every type of equipment you can think of)
  • A collaborative team of experienced clinicians who support each other
  • Mentorship opportunities (without micromanagement)
  • Autonomy over your clinical approach — no scripts, no quotas
  • A culture that respects work-life balance and professional ambition
  • A place where your ideas, skills, and growth actually matter
  • Private treatment rooms
  • Free gym membership
  • Free on-site parking
  • Help and mentorship to quickly build your caseload

Why You'll Love Working Here

You won't be rushed.

You won't be told how to treat.

You won't be expected to be everything to everyone.

You will be supported, challenged, and trusted to do great work.

If you're looking for a clinic where you can grow, stay curious, and deliver care you're proud of — we'd love to hear from you.

Apply with your resume to and a short note about what excites you about physiotherapy today.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00-$115.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • On-site gym
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
