Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Two Circles Full time

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We're looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to drive high-quality, predictable delivery across Partnership Intelligence — our product suite used by both rights-holders and brands to value, manage, measure, and grow commercial partnerships and sponsorships.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with leadership influence: you will operate as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Client teams, shaping how we plan, execute, and continuously improve delivery across multiple squads. You will bring deep experience, strong strategic judgment, and a mature delivery toolkit — while remaining hands-on in the rhythms, ceremonies, and operational structures that keep our teams moving.

You will orchestrate delivery across several cross-functional squads, manage complex dependencies in a fast-evolving product, anticipate and neutralise risks, and introduce scalable delivery frameworks that improve velocity, quality, and commercial performance. You'll also play a central role in preparing Partnership Intelligence for a pivotal year of investment and acceleration in 2026 — ensuring we can scale delivery as the platform grows.

While your focus will be Partnership Intelligence, you'll also have the opportunity to influence delivery frameworks across the broader KORE Intelligence Platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, brings structured calm to technical environments, and can elevate delivery maturity while staying close to the work.

What you'll be doing

Orchestrating Multi-Squad Product Delivery

  • Lead delivery across multiple Partnership Intelligence squads, ensuring alignment to roadmap priorities and high-quality execution.

  • Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependency maps, and risk frameworks that provide clarity across global teams.

  • Work with Product leadership to translate strategy into structured delivery sequences and measurable objectives.

  • Anticipate risks early, surface trade-offs, and facilitate structured decision-making.

Elevating Agile & Delivery Practices

  • Own and improve delivery ceremonies across squads (planning, refinement, reviews, retros), raising the bar for consistency and quality.

  • Coach teams on breaking down complex initiatives into deliverable increments, improving estimation, and tightening feedback loops.

  • Ensure Jira boards, epics, and workflows reflect real delivery status and support meaningful reporting and forecasting.

  • Introduce lightweight but robust delivery tooling, dashboards, and cadence improvements that support scale.

Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Leadership

  • Partner with Engineering Leads on sequencing, capacity planning, and aligning team focus with technical constraints.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Client leads, and Data teams to ensure releases, migrations, and integrations land smoothly.

  • Align with regional teams (North America, EMEA, and India) to maintain shared rhythms, reduce friction, and improve hand-offs.

  • Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders — including regular reporting on roadmap progress, risks, mitigations, and delivery confidence.

Operational Excellence & Framework Building

  • Introduce scalable delivery standards, playbooks, and governance models that allow the product organisation to accelerate in 2026 and beyond.

  • Improve visibility at all levels of the organisation through structured reporting, dashboards, and predictable communication rhythms.

  • Support commercial predictability by providing early insight into scope, delivery timing, resource needs, and key trade-offs.

  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership on operating model refinements across the KORE Intelligence Platform.

Leadership, Mentorship & Culture

  • Mentor and line manage delivery managers or coordinators as the function grows — shaping how we work, communicate, and make decisions.

  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, continuous improvement, and healthy challenge.

  • Model emotionally intelligent, calm, structured leadership — especially during periods of high change or ambiguity.

  • Act as a unifying presence across squads, helping teams stay connected to product vision, client needs, and organisational priorities.

In your first year, you may have…

  • Established predictable, reliable delivery rhythms across all Partnership Intelligence squads.

  • Designed and embedded delivery frameworks that improved velocity, cross-team alignment, and roadmap visibility.

  • Partnered closely with Engineering and Product Leadership to successfully deliver our 2026 strategic roadmap.

  • Improved cross-timezone coordination, reducing friction between squads and regions.

  • Rolled out delivery tooling/reporting that increased confidence and reduced planning noise across the organisation.

  • Played a visible leadership role in maturing delivery across the Partnership Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years in delivery management, technical program management, or similar roles within SaaS, data products, or platform engineering environments.

  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-squad initiatives in a product-led organisation.

  • Experience shaping delivery frameworks, coaching teams, and maturing operational practices.

  • Strong familiarity with modern product engineering environments (data pipelines, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations).

  • Experience working with global/distributed teams and managing cross-timezone delivery rhythms.

Skills

  • Strong delivery instincts with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.

  • Fluency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience facilitating multi-team Agile rhythms.

  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and risk management skills.

  • Ability to engage confidently with engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills — crisp, structured, and audience-aware.

  • Calm, pragmatic, commercially minded, and able to operate with maturity in moments of pressure.

Bonus

  • Experience in sports, media, or partnership ecosystems.

  • Exposure to hybrid SaaS + services operating models.

  • Experience during a scaling phase.
