Job Description
AECOM is seeking a
Change Manager - Airport
to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of
Mississauga
. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

  • Coordinates the interface with other program controls disciplines and with program delivery with the intent of effectively coordinating change management.
  • Providing oversight and assurance on the application of consistent change management practices within a particular program.
  • Responsible for providing quality control and assurance of change requests and other related change documentation.
  • Responsible for reporting change management information to the program's Leadership and Executive teams and identifying items for escalation.
  • Responsible for maintaining change management trackers and logs for the program and working with the program delivery team to communicate change decisions.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with the other change coordinators to implement actions.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of Airport staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree in project/program management/certification PMP or other certification
  • 8 years of relevant experience in change management roles on major infrastructure programs.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Requirement:

  • Typically, 10 years of professional experience in change management from a program controls perspective in major infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrable knowledge, understanding, and experience across a variety of program controls disciplines incl. schedule, cost, risk, and scope management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Recognized degree in project/program management or related field.
  • PMP, or other project management related certification considered an asset.

Additional Information
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
