Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor at our location in Winnipeg, MB. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining clear communication with both customers and the service team. The role will also involve ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality aftersales support and fostering a relationship of trust and reliability with all clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service
  • Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Knowledgeable in Aftersales processes to ensure seamless service and customer follow-up
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Experience working in an automotive service department is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive service certifications are a bonus
