areas of responsibility

You are responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in the following areas:

  1. Customer experience - Leading by example to create amazing customer experiences.
  2. Team Development - Effective coaching and ongoing development of team members, developing a thriving krew.
  3. Store Performance – Sales goals and other performance indicators
  4. Managing schedules, customer information, membership programs, and inventory

compensation + work week

  • There is a base wage with performance-based bonuses.
  • You must be available full time and to work weekend days as needed. (Typical shifts: Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hours a week)
  • 3 month probationary period in job offer
