Position: Automotive Service Technician
As an Automotive Service Technician at DiCAN, you'll be on the front lines of enhancing vehicle safety. Your role involves installing GPS/AVL electronics and other advanced safety products. Key responsibilities include:
- Expertly installing and servicing +12VDC/24VDC aftermarket electronics and safety sensors
- Performing precise mechanical installations of external sensors, including secure mounting and cable routing
- Configuring sensors using software for optimal performance and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For:
- A valid G2 driver's license with a clean abstract
- Experience with automotive 12VDC/24VDC wiring
- Experience working with heavy equipment
- Commitment to safety, keeping a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Proficiency in computer software for sensor configuration and troubleshooting, with a willingness to travel
- A desire to learn and thrive within a dynamic team
