$4,000 minimum monthly guarantee for 1 year

Due to continued expansion in sales, Kelowna Kia is looking for a Sales Representative to join the team

Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Meet monthly and annual sales target goals
  • Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis
  • Communicate regularly with past and present customers
  • Be precise with information
  • Be a stairs not an elevator type person
  • Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
  • Be able to crush goals
  • Be ready to be a part of a championship team

Requirements:

  • Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle
  • Computer knowledge and understanding
  • A positive mind set at all times
  • Hard Working
  • Self confidence is key
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Ambitious and approachable
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused and strong communication skills

  • Coachable and trainable
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call
