, which you might call a marketing manager or marketing lead. You will work on a variety of partner marketing campaigns from exciting product launches to full-funnel brand and sales building campaigns. With a focus on account management and business development, you own the partner marketing relationship and marketing planning, ensuring our brand partners' goals are aligned with Best Buy Ads capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

We are currently hiring for a 14-month fixed-term opportunity with our Best Buy Ads team.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do as a
senior partner marketing lead
:

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing relationship with partners, serving as main marketing point of contact and focusing on strategic planning, relationship building and business growth
  • Drive incremental revenue for Best Buy Ads in the computing category by building strong vendor relationships with major tech brands
  • Identify and pitch new campaign opportunities through regular vendor meetings
  • Develop campaign plans and pitch decks for product launches and seasonal events
  • Build high performance advertising plans that achieve measurable business & brand outcomes
  • Partner with customer insights and analytics teams to explore shopping behaviors and analyze campaign performance data to identify new advertising investment opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years progressive experience in Advertising, Marketing with a minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or CPG environment
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, influencing, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent in digital (CPCs, ROAS…) with complementary sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and navigate internal stakeholders and partners with confidence
