Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Project Manager (PM) partners with internal clients to plan, execute and deliver marketing initiatives that advance our mission, strengthen community engagement, and support fundraising outcomes. More particularly, the PM drives strategic campaigns, develop compelling content, and optimize multi channel communications that inspire and mobilize our community.


• Manage a wide array of end-to-end marketing projects (campaigns, communications, events, fundraising initiatives), ensuring timelines, and deliverables are met.


• Coordinate across departments to align messaging and meet partners needs.


• Support cross departmental initiatives, special projects, and organizational events with strategic marketing insights and execution.


• Brainstorm relevant topics aligned with the multi-channel content strategy to increase visibility of Federation CJA and assigned partners


• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones and KPIs.


• Oversee external vendors, creative partners, and agencies; ensure brand consistency and quality control.


• Act as a trusted advisor, bringing value to clients' project, through strong commitment to success, consistent performance and a thorough understanding of each project's strategic objectives.


• Uphold Federation CJA's brand guidelines and promote consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.


• Track project performance, prepare reports, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.

Education, Knowledge and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, Communications, Marketing and/or Creative Industries, or related area


• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience


• Strong project management skills, including organization, attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Passion for developing creative, compelling and concise content all while capturing individual tones


• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish, develop and maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders


• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of big 4 social media channels and their respective best practices (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)


• Computer skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Canva & Monday


• WordPress, Adobe Photoshop knowledge an asset


• strong awareness of emerging trends in marketing


• Self-starter and a dynamic team player. Positive attitude a must.


• Strong organizational and time management skills
