Celebrated for our Italian-inspired halal cuisine, Kara Mia has become a popular name in Markham and Ottawa, and we're now expanding across the GTA. As we grow our team, we're looking for passionate and experienced , Dining Service Associates (Servers) to join our amazing team, lead with excellence, grow together, and deliver an unmatched guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Understand menu offerings, ingredients, and pairings to guide guests.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
- Uphold the brand's high standards of professionalism and presentation.
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant or steakhouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality.
- Two shifts (12PM–12AM)
