Job Title: Project Manager Workday LMS Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Workday Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and enterprise-level project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical and analytical skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for the Workday Learning Module implementation, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and change management strategies using Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate with HR, Digital Solutions, Technology, and Communications teams to ensure alignment on system design, integrations, and deployment timelines.
  • Manage system configuration, reporting structures, and data integrity within Workday Learning.
  • Utilize SmartSheet, JIRA, and Excel to track progress, manage deliverables, and ensure transparency in project milestones.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and improvement opportunities in learning operations.
  • Implement process automation and reporting improvements to streamline recurring data requests.
  • Communicate technical requirements, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure all technical deliverables meet compliance, quality, and security standards.
  • Required Technical Skills:
  • Proven expertise managing Workday Learning or Workday HCM projects (implementation or optimization).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards), SmartSheet, JIRA, and PowerPoint for project tracking, reporting, and presentations.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning).
  • Ability to create technical documentation, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
  • Skilled in data consolidation and visualization, producing dashboards and KPI reports for leadership review.
  • Familiarity with enterprise learning technologies, system integrations, and data migration practices.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and digital adoption strategies.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills for system and process documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally within HR, Learning & Development, or enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience leading or supporting Workday LMS or similar enterprise learning platforms.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role for a technical Project Manager who can bridge HR operations, system configuration, and data-driven reporting to successfully deliver a global Workday Learning implementation.
