At Skytrek Adventure Park, we offer more than a day in the trees. We create opportunities for guests to challenge themselves, enjoy the outdoors, and share memorable moments with friends and family. This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2026. It is a full‑time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Adventure Park Guides are responsible for the safe and smooth operation of our high ropes courses, ziplines, kids' adventure activities, and the lodge. This role involves direct guest interaction, equipment handling, and maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the park.

  • Opening and closing procedures for all activities
  • Inspecting equipment, gear, and course elements
  • Ensuring guests meet access, safety, and waiver requirements
  • Fitting harnesses, helmets, and safety equipment
  • Delivering safety briefings and orientations
  • Monitoring guest safety and progress on the courses
  • Assisting, coaching, and performing rescues when required (training provided)
  • Maintaining course cleanliness and supporting basic maintenance
  • Cleaning, organizing, and preparing gear
  • Participating in required training and team meetings
  • Supporting general park operations as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum age: 19
  • Comfortable working at heights and using fall‑protection systems
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Able to stand for long periods, climb, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and move confidently in the trees
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
  • Experience in outdoor recreation, guiding, climbing, coaching, or customer service is an asset
  • Second language skills are an asset

Skytrek Adventure Park is a family‑run outdoor attraction located beside The Enchanted Forest. We focus on hands‑on adventure, personal challenge, and genuine guest connection. Our team is small, supportive, and made up of people who enjoy being outside, working together, and helping guests feel confident and safe.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
