Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene
  • Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
