Senior Product Manager
to work on-site at our client's offices in Vancouver

, acting as a key link between the client's business teams and our development team.
This role has a strong focus on product discovery, requirement definition, roadmap planning, and delivery execution. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their processes and needs, translate them into clear product requirements, and lead key product ceremonies such as discovery sessions and sprint planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on-site with the client's team to deeply understand their business processes, workflows, and operational needs.
- Act as a client-facing Product Manager, building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted product partner.
- Lead and facilitate product discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings.
- Translate business needs into well-structured product artifacts, including Initiatives, Epics, and User stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Build, maintain, and evolve a product roadmap based on client priorities, business value, and delivery constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the Client on scope definition, prioritization, and release planning.
Lead Sprint Planning meetings from a product perspective:
- Define sprint goals and priorities
- Present and explain user stories to the development team
- Ensure alignment on scope, expectations, and trade-offs
- Ensure the backlog is well-prepared, refined, and ready ahead of planning sessions.
- Act as the functional point of reference for the development team during implementation, clarifying requirements and answering questions.
- Ensure that delivered features accurately reflect what was agreed with the client.
- Create and maintain product documentation for the client, such as feature overviews, functional documentation, and process explanations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to support product communications, including announcements and messaging for new or updated product features.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and risk visibility to the Senior Product Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product-related role
( Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar). - Strong experience
writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Experience
participating in and leading product ceremonies, such as sprint planning, refinements, and demos. - Strong
communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Solid understanding of
software development processes and Agile / Scrum methodologies. - Comfortable
working in a client-facing, on-site environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Availability and legal ability to work on-site in Vancouver, Canada.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in the legal industry, legal technology, or professional services platforms.
- Familiarity with products built for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), particularly in regulated or compliance-driven contexts.
- Understanding of legal workflows, documentation processes, or compliance requirements commonly found in SMB environments.
- Experience working directly with clients in highly process-driven environments.
- Education or academic background in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
