Looking for a leader to manage the everyday operations.

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping projects. This role involves hands-on work in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess basic mechanical knowledge, and be eager to contribute to creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for planting, digging, and construction tasks
• Perform general maintenance on landscape features and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor operations to prevent accident
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and construction processes
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of power tools and machinery
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
• Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment and procedures
• Clean drivers license and must

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$28.34 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
