Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative in to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts selling telecommunications solutions D2D. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. THIS IS A FULLY PERFORMANCE BASED INCOME. (Commission Only)

Duties

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Conduct door to door meetings with prospective clients to present products/services and understand their needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing ongoing support and solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate technical features during sales presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships.

  • Excellent account management skills to nurture client relationships over time.

Qualifications:

No sales experience required (direct, door-to-door, or B2C preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Good closing ability
  • 0-1 Years of Sales Experience
