Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and compliance with health regulations
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently
• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities as needed, including appointment scheduling and customer service tasks
