Position Details
This is a Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with a base rate, plus a strong performance-based incentive structure tied to successful student enrollments. High performers can earn well above the base rate. This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position for high-performing team members as the college continues to grow.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Be the first friendly point of contact
: Promptly respond to inquiries from prospective students, staff, and funding partners—by phone, email, or web chat—with a professional and welcoming attitude. - Showcase academic opportunities
: Promote the college's programs and services to help future students find their ideal educational path for career success or personal growth. - Guide future students
: Interview applicants, discover their unique interests and goals, and walk them through every step of the enrollment process with care and attention. - Champion ongoing support
: Follow up with prospective and enrolled students, encouraging and supporting them throughout their academic journeys. - Engage in the community
: Represent Elevare at events and trade shows as an enthusiastic ambassador for the college. - Achieve results
: Consistently meet—and strive to exceed—your admissions targets. Your effort, focus, and performance will be recognized and rewarded. - Stay organized
: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, generate helpful reports, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience (
education industry experience is a plus, but not required
). - Proven ability to take initiative, identify new opportunities, and work effectively in a performance-driven role.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse population of students.
- Strong time management skills: multitasking and managing multiple deadlines comes naturally to you.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- Some post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
