Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong focus on serving, food handling, and food safety. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where excellent communication and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper meal preparation instructions are conveyed
  • Assist with food preparation and meal assembly when needed, adhering to food safety standards
  • Handle food items responsibly, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling procedures
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, counters, and equipment
  • Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Skills

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, and cooking basics
  • Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and meal preparation is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
