Our clinic has proudly served the London community for over 35 years with a reputation for exceptional, patient-centered care. Under the leadership of Dr. Stephanie Van de Ven, we are entering an exciting new chapter: a rebrand, future clinic updates, and an expanded focus on specialty services — all designed to enhance both the patient and staff experience.

We have a loyal, established patient base and a highly experienced team that is committed to supporting our doctors and delivering top-tier care.

  • Experienced optical staff handle most eyewear consultations and product discussions, so you can focus on patient care
  • Strong support team at the front desk and pre-testing to ensure smooth clinic flow
  • Established specialty services in Dry Eye, AMD Management, Concussion Care — with opportunities to lead or expand in areas that interest you

Compensation & Schedule

  • Earning potential: Associates working 5 days/week typically earn $180,000–$200,000+ annually with primary care, with even greater potential when factoring in specialty services
  • Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Steady daytime hours — no evenings
  • 1–2 Saturday mornings per month (closed on long weekends)
  • We respect work-life balance and build schedules that are fair and sustainable

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Optometrist in Ontario
  • Member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO)
  • Committed to excellent patient care and clinical quality
  • Friendly, professional, and a collaborative team player
  • Interest in specialty services is a plus (but not required)
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a modernizing clinic
