Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct original research in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or related domains.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate new models, algorithms, and architectures to solve complex AI problems.
  • Explore emerging research directions, stay up to date with the latest academic literature, and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Build high-quality prototypes and contribute to production-level development when needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to transfer research findings into scalable, real-world applications.
  • Publish research results in top-tier conferences or journals when appropriate (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL).
  • Present findings internally and communicate research insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to long-term research strategy and roadmap planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning theory.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, optimization, and algorithm design.
  • Experience in conducting independent research and publishing in reputable venues.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in written and verbal form.
