Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. If you have at least 2 years of barista experience, a passion for coffee, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you As a barista at Ahlan Coffee House, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care.
  • Offer friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and customer areas.
  • Process payments accurately, handle cash, and manage the register.
  • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with new coffee trends and brewing techniques.
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health protocols.
  • Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of barista experience.
  • Strong passion for coffee and creating high-quality beverages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
  • Positive, reliable, and a team player.
  • Ability to do Latte Art

Hourly Pay:

  • $15 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. Barista's with a high level of experience and skill can start from $ $22
  • Tips are in addition to hourly pay.
