  • Ensure work meets Alair's quality standards and complies with codes and safety requirements.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized job site.

  • Communicate proactively about site needs or issues.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience in residential building.

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and finishing techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Basic hand tools (specialty equipment provided).
