Job Overview
Responsible for administering the end-to-end process for onboarding of customers to the Give and Go FSVP program. This would involve the coordination and setup of all required master data, validating and correcting transactional information, and documenting relevant departmental processes. This role would also be responsible for maintaining the system user base in accordance with compliance standards.

• Please note this is a 12 Month Contract position**

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup of all relevant master data elements across all divisions, ensuring that all entry is done in compliance with organizational policy
• Act as an agent of the Master Data Department to perform bulk data updates using various technology
• Ensure system user base is consistently updated in alignment with business requests
• Monitor all transactional information flowing the business process, working collaboratively with other departments to advise on corrections/action as needed
• Actively identify and correct any process discrepancies/issues across all divisions
• Coordinate regularly scheduled data reviews of relevant master data points, and identifying opportunities to cleanse, standardize or correct to best facilitate business operations
• Continuously build/update process documentation materials to drive standardized operations

The Recipe For Success

• Completion of college diploma in Information Systems, Business Management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in administering process execution in an ERP environment
• Proven success in process optimization and maintenance
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Visual ERP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or SAP).
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms and their role in business operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of sales distribution processes and related data flows.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality assurance methods.
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks including SOX, ISO, and PCI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across departments.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ownership-driven attitude toward process execution and operational excellence.
• Certified SCRUM Master or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
