Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable worker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction drywall aplication. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contributing to high-quality building and renovation work. The position is full-time and requires a strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform generally interior in some exception exterior construction with precision and attention to detail
  • Apply caulking around windows, doors, and other fixtures to ensure proper sealing of fire.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute project specifications
  • Conduct general maintenance person duties such as repairs, installations tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Assist in project planning and material preparation as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction drywall, insulation, carpentry, caulking,
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
  • Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
  • Prior experience with blueprint reading is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license is a plus for transportation between job sites
