Job Description

HC Cleaning Buddies Ltd. is currently looking for experienced residential cleaning subcontractors with their own team to handle regular and one-time cleaning jobs in the Kamloops area.

This is an excellent opportunity for established cleaning teams looking for consistent work and long-term growth.

Compensation

  • Starting rate: $25 per hour
  • Pay increase after 3 months based on performance, quality, and reliability
  • Regular work available for top-performing teams

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in residential cleaning
  • Must have own reliable vehicle
  • Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Must have own cleaning team (solo cleaners not accepted)
  • Ability to travel within Kamloops and nearby areas
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality residential cleaning services (regular, deep, move-in/move-out)
  • Maintain excellent cleaning standards and attention to detail
  • Ensure client satisfaction and quality control
  • Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients and management
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of work delivered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deep cleaning and move-out cleaning
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and techniques
  • Strong time management and team coordination skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to follow company cleaning checklists and standards
