HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Support — Hudson HVAC (Toronto, ON)

Hudson HVAC is a
tech-enabled HVAC company
servicing some of Toronto's most prominent condominium buildings. We combine preventive maintenance, transparency, and data-driven insights to make HVAC management seamless for property managers and residents alike.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher / Customer to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to
    customer emails and phone calls
    .
  • Schedule technicians
    for maintenance visits, service calls, and mechanical jobs.
  • Support the
    Office Manager
    with proposal preparation, job tracking, and documentation.
  • Communicate with
    property managers, residents, and technicians
    to coordinate access, timelines, and updates.
  • Monitor and update
    job boards, schedules, and databases
    to ensure all work is assigned and completed.
  • Review technician reports and assist with
    invoicing and deficiency follow-up
    .
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, service requests, and client communications.
  • Provide excellent
    customer service and technical support
    to clients — helping them understand HVAC basics and next steps.

What We're Looking For

-2+ years of experience
in a dispatch, coordinator, or customer service role — ideally within
HVAC, plumbing, or property maintenance
.

-Strong understanding of
basic HVAC concepts
, especially
fan coils, heat pumps, and filters
in high-rise buildings.

-Exceptional
organization, multitasking, and communication skills
(both written and verbal).

-Comfortable using
scheduling and CRM software
, spreadsheets, and online platforms.

-Technically literate
— able to learn and navigate Hudson's internal software and dashboard tools.

-Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
