ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary
• Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge
• Help keep the lobby and other public areas clean and welcoming
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Acting as Concierge and providing information on facilities, local points of interest and public areas
• Act as a teamplayer who can complete a variety of job duties
