We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective account management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in technology sales.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
- Proficient analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales data.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building.
