Toppazzini and Lee Consulting (T&L) is a botique consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. T&L specializes in process transformation and optimization in the public sector, health care, manufacturing and financial services. Although our focus is on the utilization of Lean Six Sigma techniques our firm assists clients in all aspects of their transformation from business concept to implementation.

Job Description

We are establishing a pool of qualified candidates to fill level 1,2 and 3 risk management roles to be filled on as needed basis.

Qualifications

The applicant must have 5 plus years experience in many of the following areas:

  • Conducting risk assessments;
  • Identifying project risks and overall project risks;
  • Recommending alternative solutions, methodologies and strategies for risk mitigation and Management;
  • Producing risk management plans;
  • Conducting risk assessments for troubled projects to quickly assess associated risks and recommend courses of action to minimize inherent risks;
  • Assisting in prioritization and assignment of risks;
  • Assisting in the development and/or implementation of Risk Management Plans;
  • Managing the implementation of Risk Management Plans to identify, analyze, plan, track and controlling project risks on a continuous basis throughout the project life cycle; and
  • Coaching, mentoring and training project teams in risk mitigation techniques.
Additional Information

The candidate should have a valid clearance of enhanced or greater issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada.
