About the Job

We help people get back on the road As a Battery Van Operator, you'll drive a company van to help customers with things like:

  • Boosting or replacing batteries
  • Filling or changing tires
  • Unlocking vehicles

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in helping others during stressful situations. You don't need prior experience — we'll train you. You just need to be friendly, safety-focused, and ready to solve problems on the go.

Shift Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts, starting at 7 a.m. or 8 a.m.
  • 7 days on, 7 days off rotation

What You'll Do

  • Provide roadside help in a safe, professional way
  • Be polite and respectful with customers and coworkers
  • Keep your van clean, fueled, and ready to go
  • Use our mobile app to track jobs and payments
  • Collect payments from customers when needed
  • Follow company and safety rules at all times
  • Help around the yard and shop during downtime (snow shoveling, cleaning, basic maintenance, etc.)

What You Need

  • A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license
  • Acceptable criminal record check
  • Clear pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing (including marijuana)
  • Friendly, customer-first attitude
  • Basic mechanical skills (we'll teach you more)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using phone or web apps
  • Neat, clean appearance
  • Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
