What You Can Expect To Do :

• Assisting Arborists with tree removals, pruning and on site cleanup
• Operating chippers, chainsaws, hand tools, excavators and skid steers.
• Driving company vehicles, hauling chippers and trailers, loading material and gear.
• Supporting job site safety and having input when it comes to safety
• Working in all weather conditions
• Equipment maintenance
• Building a future for yourself and your team. Your success is everyone's success.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least one year working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Team Player: Ability to focus, motivate, and support the team.
• Strength & Endurance: Can lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Skills: Experience with ground support operations like rigging, cutting, brush management, and equipment maintenance.
• Safety & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tools, with a commitment to worksite cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Attitude: Positive, hardworking, open to feedback, and eager to grow.
• Availability: Must be ready for emergency storm response.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean abstract (experience with large vehicles is a plus).
• Previous chainsaw experience preferred
