Job Description: Manages patient nutrition care. This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, care evaluation and arranging follow-up care. Incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other health care team members and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
