Are you a passionate Motion Designer who loves telling real stories through video?

If you thrive on capturing authentic moments, creating impactful visuals, and bringing brands to life, this role is for you. We're looking for a versatile Motion Designer to join our creative team and help tell the story of our clinics, our people, and the communities we serve. This hybrid role blends on-location filming, post-production, and motion design to create meaningful content that connects with audiences.

What You'll Do
  • Capture real moments by shooting and editing video at our clinics and company events.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and video content for organic and paid social media.
  • Build and maintain a growing library of video content for ongoing marketing use.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
  • Support special projects, including internal communications and brand campaigns.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in video production, post-production, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Confidence shooting high-quality footage on location.
  • A strong eye for storytelling, emotion, and detail.
  • Comfort traveling to multiple clinic locations across the greater Toronto area.
  • A self-driven, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
