As a member of our Critical Response Team, you will be ready to take on short notice shifts and travel to nearby cities to safeguard the community, property, and assets in situations that demand the highest level of preparedness and professionalism.

Willingness to travel surrounding cities up to 2 to 4 hours away (example Fort St. John)Respond rapidly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and critical situationsAccess control and alarm responseProvide tactical support and reinforcement to frontline security teamsConduct high-visibility patrols and proactive threat deterrenceSafeguard high-value assets and sensitive environmentsCollaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when requiredMaintain detailed incident reporting and situational awarenessQualifications
Valid BC Security LicenseBC Class 5 driver's license and a reliable vehicle to serve as a shelterAdvanced security or tactical training (use of force, crisis intervention, defensive tactics, etc.) are preferred, but not requiredMust have either Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced First Aid TrainingMinimum 1 year of experience in security preferred (Industrial/Healthcare/Campus)Physical ability to respond to demanding situationsExcellent communication and de-escalation skillsFlexibility for various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekendsLegal eligibility to work in Canada#NC1
