As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be part of the team that ensures our customers get the most out of the Axonify platform. You'll be the person who helps them solve problems, uncover opportunities, and feel confident in the technology that empowers their people. Your work keeps our customers' operations running smoothly—and helps their teams thrive.
The impact you'll have:
Act as a trusted partner to customers, resellers, and internal teams—helping them troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and maximize the value of Axonify.Investigate and resolve technical questions, support requests, and feedback through email, phone, or video within defined SLAs.Analyze complex customer issues to identify root causes, workarounds, or long-term solutions, collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution.Lead engaging training sessions and monthly webinars that empower administrators to self-serve and succeed.Create and maintain Help Center content and internal resources to enhance product knowledge and reduce support volume.Partner closely with Development and Customer Success teams to share insights, streamline processes, and improve the overall customer experience.Maintain high satisfaction scores and contribute to a culture of empathy, excellence, and continuous improvement.And of course, other duties to support Axonify and further build your skills
The things you bring: 2+ years of experience providing technical or customer support for web-based or SaaS applications.A strong mix of problem-solving skills and empathy—you can translate complex tech into clear, human explanations.Comfort working across browsers and operating systems (Chrome, Safari, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to make customers feel heard and supported.The ability to stay organized, calm, and focused in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.Curiosity and initiative—you love learning new systems and finding smarter ways to get things done.Bonus points for experience creating content or videos, or a background in business analysis.

Work location: This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our office, hybrid throughout the week or working remotely with exception to our employee experience days where we bring our teams together. You will be provided with the tools, resources and support to ensure your success.
