Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator with expertise in Windows Server environments, SCCM, and EUCS tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patching processes, maintaining system security and compliance, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting IT operations in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and automated patch management using Windows Update, WSUS, and SCCM (package creation, phased deployment, ADR setup).
  • Evaluate and prioritize patches based on urgency, impact, and compatibility.
  • Document and communicate patch details, including sources, versions, dependencies, and risks.
  • Collaborate with other system administrators to ensure consistent patch deployment and system stability.
  • Analyze patch data and compliance reports using Splunk and Qualys scan results.
  • Diagnose and resolve patch issues using Event Viewer and PowerShell.
  • Work with ServiceNow to handle change requests and service requests following ITIL standards.
  • Maintain basic Active Directory administration, including group management, computer accounts, and user permissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Windows systems administration and patch management.
  • Strong understanding of SCCM, WSUS, and Windows Server environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
