Job Description:

Reporting to our Operations Manager and/or working directly with our Team Leads, the ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process to ensure they meet the quality standards of our Refrigeration Factory.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership potential—Stirling Marathon is expanding and looking to develop additional Team Leads from within the production team.
• Assemble various components following established guidelines for quality and pace.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies in components and report issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage inventory of assembly parts.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to maintain efficient production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail to follow directions thoroughly.
• Able to work from verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a positive team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
