Occupational Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Occupational Therapist in carrying out individualized therapy programs.
- Facilitate activities to build fine motor skills, sensory regulation, motor planning, and daily living skills.
- Prepare therapy rooms, materials, and sensory equipment before sessions.
- Collect accurate session data, progress notes, and behaviour observations.
- Assist with behaviour management and follow safety protocols during sessions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the OT, therapy team, and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
