Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Mover/Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting and handling items efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in moving, warehouse operations, or commercial driving, along with strong communication skills to ensure smooth interactions with clients and team members.

Duties

  • Safely load, unload, and transport household or commercial items to designated locations
  • Operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
  • Use equipment such as dolly's when necessary to move heavy or bulky items
  • Assist customers with their belongings, ensuring careful handling and respectful service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding schedules, delivery details, or any issues during transit
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during moving operations

Skills

  • Proven experience in moving services, warehouse work, or commercial driving is preferred
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Familiarity with moving operations is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive client interactions
  • Strong communication skills for clear coordination with team members and clients
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation history with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
