Position Details

Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking Journeyperson Plumber's for work at our French Creek project near Parksville, BC

  • Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
  • Wages: $45.04 per hour As Per Collective Agreement
  • Start: Second week of February

What You Will Be Working On

  • Installation of ground works and drainage systems
  • Rigging and hoisting, Working with Cranes
  • Installation of Water Heaters, Boilers, Instrumentation
  • Installation of Hydronic Heating piping
  • Equipment Operation, Zoom Boom, Scissor Lift, Skid Steer
  • Installation of Compressed Air and Instrument Air Systems
  • Pipe Grooving and Threading
  • Hydronic Testing
  • Pneumatic Testing

What We Are Looking For

  • CSTS-2020
  • WHMIS-2015
  • ESC Fall Protection
  • ESC MEWP
  • First Aid
  • To be considered for this position you must be a registered Apprentice/Journeyperson in the trade of Plumbing in British Columbia, or Red Seal.
  • Candidates with previous Water treatment plant and or Waste Water Treatment construction experience will be preferred
  • Light industrial, safety conscious, quality minded and reliable steady worker
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, able to interpret drawings, bill of materials and various other specifications
