Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, processing and dispatching service calls, and supporting technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analysis abilities, and a friendly phone etiquette to foster positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within our CRM system
  • Provide detailed analysis of customer needs
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (trades company experience is preferred)
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is beneficial
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and patience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
