Chez Vooban, on cherche un(e) AI Scientist Pre-sales pour concevoir et livrer rapidement des preuves de concept (PoC) qui marquent les esprits.
Ton rôle : plonger dans les réalités de nos clients, comprendre leurs enjeux, et transformer des idées en solutions tangibles. Avec ton expertise technique et ton flair pour la vulgarisation, tu montreras que l'IA, ce n'est pas de la science-fiction : c'est concret, utile et efficace dès aujourd'hui. 
 
Tes principales responsabilités ?
  • Découverte & cadrage : collaborer avec les architectes presale pour concevoir des solutions technologiques adaptées aux besoins, objectifs et contexte d'affaire des clients.
  • Qualification de la complexité & de l'effort : Guider l'architecte presale sur le niveau de complexité et d'effort requis pour implanter la solution, afin de cibler un projet qui apporte rapidement de la valeur et maximise le ROI.
  • Prototypage rapide : bâtir des PoC percutants (LLM, GenAI, RAG, prédiction des ventes, computer vision, etc.) pour prouver la faisabilité et convaincre.
  • Data & expérimentation : explorer les données, tester des modèles, chercher des corrélations et créer des pipelines d'entraînement robustes pour l'amélioration continue.
  • Conseil & vulgarisation : incarner l'expert-conseil auprès des clients, vulgariser les concepts d'IA et bâtir une relation de confiance.
  • Contribution externe : participer à la rédaction des demandes de subventions et animer des conférences avec l'appui de l'équipe marketing.

Tu te retrouves dans cette description ?

  • Bilingue français/anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • BAC en IA ou domaine technique pertinent.
  • 3+ ans d'expérience dans des projets concrets en IA, avec au moins 1 an en prise de besoins clients sur des projets technologiques ou de transformation numérique.
  • Solide compréhension des concepts clés : machine learning, deep learning, NLP, RAG, LLM, computer vision, robotique.
  • Tu sais programmer en Python et comprends le fonctionnement interne des modèles IA, pas seulement comment les appliquer.
  • Reconnu(e) pour ton relationnel client, ton habileté à vulgariser et ton rôle-conseil.
  • Curieux(se), créatif(ve), à l'aise de sortir de ta zone de confort et de résoudre des problèmes complexes dans des environnements variés.
